We are pleased to announce that AMPI Puerto Penasco MLS has partnered with Point2 Agent to provide our members the very best in listing advertising: Listing Syndication.
Syndication will provide you and your listings with the exposure you deserve, at no cost to you.
Not only will you have free advertising through the Syndication Network, but all statistics and prospects generated by your listings will be provided right back to you – free of charge.
The great part is that you enter and edit your listing information right at Flex MLS, as usual, and the changes are updated everywhere!
You will not need to do anything to participate and there is no cost to you.
For those agents currently using other Point2 products (e.g. Point2 Agent website), this is a new free feature that will allow your own listings to be automatically uploaded to your Point2 Agent website. Do not cancel your current Point2 Agent website. Instructions will be provided to you as we rollout.
We’ll be sure to keep all of our members updated on our progress and will begin rollout on August 18th, 2011. More information will follow in the coming weeks.

An invitation to activate your Syndication Dashboard will be sent to you on August 16th. At that time, you will be able to login and manage your syndication preferences. The Syndication Dashboard is free and provided to you courtesy of AMPI Puerto Penasco MLS.
